Ψ Town Square - Fountain Area Ψ
As leaving the Town Hall, Jack spots the Corpse Kid by the fountain.
♣ Talk to the Corpse Kid.
He tells Jack that since he's left, this is the first time that the Witches' Shop has opened.
♣ Go to the Witches' Shop.
Ψ Town Square - Witches Shop Ψ
The Witches in the shop confirm that the town has indeed been taken over by Oogie Boogie. The main gate is closed, Jack has to find a way out.
Ψ Town Square - Fountain Area Ψ
♣ Talk to the Corpse Kid again.
The Corpse Kid tells Jack that the Clown has the key, but he doesn't know where he is. Then they notice something suspicious about the Sewer.
♣ Go to the Sewer.
Ψ Hidden Place 1 - Sewer Ψ
♣ Defeat all the skeletons.
After beating all the enemies down there, the Clown appears.
♣ Talk to the Clown.
He tells Jack that the town is a dangerous place nowadays, so he locked the main gate, and hid here. However, he is willing to unlock it for him.
♣ Go to the main gate.
Ψ Town Square - Fountain Area Ψ
♣ Defeat all the skeletons.
♣ Talk to the Clown.
After clearing the town from all the skeletons, the Clown unlocks the main gate. He and the Corpse Kid tell Jack about Oogie's minions taking Sally to the cemetery. Of course Jack gets angry, and runs off to save her.
♣ Chapter completed.
Tips & Hints
Defeating the skeletons in the Sewer will most likely be enough to get you an S combo rank. If not, increase it by doing spinning attacks against them, too.
Defeating the other skeletons by charging  up and spinning with them or just taunting them with  should be enough to get an S  rank.
